We are a fun and friendly running club who cater for all abilities, our members include those who wish to get fit and socialise, improve their personal performance or enter competitive races. The club is affiliated to UK Athletics, England Athletics, Run England, the West Sussex Fun Run League and the Sussex Grand Prix.
