Sussex Grand Prix

 The Sussex Grand Prix (SGP) is a road running competition comprising of road races around Sussex. Unlike WSFRL races you must be England Athletics registered to score points in the individual and club competitions.​The races range from 5k to 15 miles in length and are inclusive and suitable for all.​Running in Sussex Grand Prix races is a great way to represent the club.​Prizes are awarded to individuals in specific age categories and similarly team prizes are awarded to clubs and to age specific teams. Scoring is separate for males and females. Prizes are awarded at the end of season get together. Henfield Half-Marathon

Start and Finish at Henfield Leisure Centre. An off-road half-marathon on a scenic course along riverbanks and disused railway, flint paths with a few stiles and gates.

Hellingly 10k

The route is a UK Athletics accurately measured one lap course on undulating country roads.

Lewes Downland 10 mile

Starting from Landport Bottom Meadow to the North of the historic town of Lewes, the races take in some of the picturesque trails around Blackcap and Mount Harry on the South Downs. The courses cover a variety of off-road terrain with chalk tracks, grassland, and woodland paths.

Hove Prom 10k

Sunday 18th October 09:00

The accurately measured 10k course is two laps along the promenade with lots of great support from Arena 80 Athletics Club. The course is pancake flat and with the right conditions, PBs are highly likely.
