Sussex Athletics Cross Country

  Each year we take part in the series of cross country races organised by Sussex Athletics. The season starts with a relay event for the Sussex Cross Country Relay Championships. Then there are 4 league races where we can accrue points for the club. There are also  the Sussex Cross Country Championships and the Sussex Masters Cross Country Championships. ​ The races cover the whole range of ages and we enter various teams in each event. The courses are very similar to the WSFRL races and are generally around 8k in length, with the ladies running slightly less distance. Cost per race is c£6.00 and you enter individually through the Sussex Athletics website. Click here for more information.
