Sussex Road Relays

 On Saturday 30th March we head to Preston Park, Brighton for the Sussex Road Relays. 

 

The PROVISIONAL start times, team categories and numbers are as follows:

1.00pm - Senior Women - 3 runners

1.30pm - Senior Men - 4 runners

2.30pm - V40/50/60 Women - 3 runners

3.30pm - V40/50/60 Men - 3 runners 

 

Each runner runs two laps of a flat one mile ‘road’ course within the park. They will be using batons with chip timing to record individual and team times. SCAA medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each category after each race. Runners of all abilities are welcome and the only requirement is a S&S top. Running for a S&S team makes it a super sociable event.

 

The entry fee is £6 per runner. If you are up for this please indicate your interest in our Spond group by 1.00pm on Saturday 23rd March and I will put together as many S&S teams as possible. Please hold fire making your payment to the club account until the teams are sorted out.
